About RPM
About Our Wakefield Roofing Company
RPM Reliable Property Maintenance is a local firm of roofers and builders. This page explains who you are dealing with and what else we do besides roofs.
Who we are
Roofers who understand the rest of the building
The name says what we set out to be: reliable property maintenance. Our base is 16 Berners Street in Wakefield (WF1 4DY), and roofing is one of the main things we are called out for, from a single slipped tile to a complete new roof.
What makes RPM different from a roofing-only company is everything else we do. The same team carries out structural repairs, builds extensions and converts lofts. A roof is not a separate thing sitting on top of a house. It is tied into the walls, the chimney, the ceilings and the timbers, and when one of those is the real cause of a leak, we can deal with it instead of telling you to find another trade.
It works the other way round too. When we build an extension or convert a loft, we can put the roof on ourselves, so we know how a new roof should meet an old one.
What to expect
How we work as a roofing contractor
You talk to the roofers
The number on this site, 07949 221483, is ours. There is no sales team and no call centre between you and the people doing the work.
An honest opinion
If a roof repair will do the job, that is what we quote. If the roof needs replacing, we show you why with photos of what we found.
One firm, start to finish
Timber, brickwork or a damaged ceiling behind the roof problem can be handled by the same company that fixes the roof.
The rest of what we do
More than a roofing company
Besides roofing, RPM takes on property renovations, structural repairs, extensions, loft conversions, media walls, painting and decorating, landscaping and decking. These are our own photos from some of those jobs.
Reviews
What customers say
RPM is a property maintenance company as well as a roofing company, and the reviews on our Google listing so far are for our building work. They are summarised here in our own words. The originals are on Google.
Had a new kitchen fitted by RPM. Good workmanship at a fair price, and the final bill matched the quote. A professional finish, and I would happily recommend them.
A dependable team, and the finished job was excellent.
